Fee Structure
- A pre-agreed flat fee dependent on the duration of the task and number of employees subject to disciplinary panel
- Retainer option available per annum for sum not below N20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Naira)
- Contingency fee may be charged depending on client needs
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment of 50% of pre-agreed fee
- 30% after hearing completion
- Balance of 20% after decision delivery
Invoicing and Payment:
Invoices will be sent based on the payment terms. Payments are due within 48 hours of invoice date.
